Weak AC magnetic field:    

 Trifield Meter: $155

Reads 3-axis AC magnetic field up to 100 milligauss. Also reads AC electric field and radio/ microwave. There is another version that detects slowly-changing DC fields (click here).

Milligauss Meter Model UHS: $280

Measures AC magnetic field up to 2000 milligauss . Has a 1/3 axis selector, and can discriminate between ELF and VLF.

Weak DC magnetic field:

DC Milligauss Meter: $490

1-axis version (shown) measures from -2000 to +2000 milligauss DC with a stable resolution of 0.01 milligauss. A 3-axis version is available. Also available: Meter for Air Cargo to verify compliance with air shipping rules.

Earth Magnetometer: $700

Measures DC magnetic field of deep objects and minerals. With resolution and stability of one gamma (1 nanoTesla or 0.01 mG), this 510 gram device is much lighter and cheaper than anything comparable. Includes rod (probe).
